Paddling Performance Recovery Tips

Aloha Talk Surf friends. Here’s one of my training videos and wow, I’m reminding myself of my own advice as I prepare for M20. My goal is to paddle 40 miles a week and to recover as quickly as possible. Keeping in mind, I have to train others too so I REALLY need all my muscles back in to play or paddle, quickly. Hope this helps.

This is awesome for surfers too!
